Who is eligible for the PM Surya Ghar solar subsidy?
The central subsidy is for homes with their own residential electricity connection and a suitable roof. It gives ₹30,000 for a 1 kW system, ₹60,000 for 2 kW and ₹78,000 for 3 kW and above.
Commercial and industrial connections are not eligible. The system must use approved made-in-India panels. We check your eligibility during the site survey and handle the application for you.
How long does TNPDCL net metering take?
It typically takes a few weeks after installation, often around 2 to 6 weeks. The exact time depends on TNPDCL inspection and approval in your area, so we cannot promise a fixed date. We follow up with TNPDCL for you and keep you informed.
Can I pay for solar in EMI?
Yes, many banks offer loans for rooftop solar that you can repay in monthly EMIs. Our savings calculator shows an indicative EMI. Actual interest rates and terms depend on the lender, and we can help you with the paperwork.

Do solar panels need maintenance? Do you offer AMC?
